At SASS Academy Fitness we offer most diet options: Gluten free, Diary free, Meat & dairy, vegetarian) however for the best results we recommend a balance between whole food plant and meat based dietart options that are full of antioxidants and micronutrients, which help with training and a speedy recovery. Many athletes have made the switch to consuming less meat and going more plant based however we believe everything in moderation. Professional athletes from body builders, to olympic medalists and MMA fighters choose all sorts of different diets to optimise their athletic performance, strength, recovery, time and endurance.

James Ambrosini is a former professional rugby player who has seamlessly transitioned his love for sports into a thriving career as one of Australia's foremost sports and fitness coaches. With an impressive eight-year professional rugby career in Europe and representation on the Australian Under 18 and Under 20 national teams, James brings a wealth of experience to his coaching endeavors.
Equipped with a strong educational background, James holds qualifications in Integrative Nutrition, Exercise & Sports Science, and Peak Performance & Mental Coaching in Elite Sport. These credentials make him exceptionally well-prepared to assist athletes in unlocking their full physical, mental, and emotional potential.
As the driving force behind High Performance S.A.S.S Academy, James offers specialised S.A.S.S (Speed, Agility, Strength & Skills) programs for field-based athletes worldwide in particular rugby union/league, Touch Football, Oztag and AFL athlete's. He also founded S.A.S.S Academy Fitness, an online coaching platform focused on fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching for individuals striving to be their best.

After choosing your monthly or weekly plan, making the payment and entering all of your details, we will personally customise a workout and nutrition program specially for you. You will then receive an email from us within 24 - 48 hours!
Yes, the reason we have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from us and our team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access our programs.
We can tailor the plan for you so you can workout in the comfort of your own home as you wish. All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email us at support@hpsassacademy.com with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we've got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
